Defended Small Claims Track Cases - We will try to minimize our costs as they are not recoverable from the debtor apart from the costs on issue of the proceedings plus the Court fees. The irrecoverable costs depend upon the amount of work involved but are usually between £65 and £125.

 

Guideline of charges for additional enforcement action:

Re-issue of County Court Warrant of Execution - £20 (plus Court fee of £30 if Warrant directed to new address).

Re-direct High Court Warrant to new address - £30

Issue and Service of Statutory Demand – from £130 plus process server’s fees of approximately £80 plus VAT to personally serve the Statutory Demand.

Bankruptcy proceedings - £1425 including Court fee of £820

Winding Up proceedings - £1942.50 including Court fee of £1220

Charging Order - £350 plus Court fee of £100 and Land Registry fees of £58

Third Party Debt Order - £250 plus Court fee of £100
