We are also able to issue proceedings in England against debtors in Scotland and Northern Ireland. The costs are slightly more than English claims but are much cheaper than using Agents in those countries.
We will invoice you for work undertaken on your behalf (including the costs payable by the debtor) within 14 days of the work being carried out and we ask that our accounts be paid within 14 days please. We account to you on a gross basis, i.e. including the costs, interest and late payment compensation charge recovered.
